Steak King UK – Referral Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter 

This referral competition (the "Promotion") is run by Steak King [Steak Inc Holdings Limited], a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17204147, with its registered office at Suite E Ground Floor Profile West, 950 Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9ES ("Steak King", "we", "us", "our"). 

By entering the Promotion, participating in the waitlist, or sharing a referral link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. 

2. Eligibility 

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom (Excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. The Promotion excludes employees, officers, and agents of Steak King, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion. You must have a valid UK delivery address and a valid email address to participate. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to request proof of identity, age, and residency. 

3. Promotion Period 

The Promotion opens on May 21st 2026 and closes on June 18th 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received after the closing time will not be counted. We reserve the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time where reasonable to do so, including for circumstances outside our control. 

4. How to Enter and Earn Rewards 

To join, you must submit a valid email address via the official waitlist form at https://try.steak-king.co.uk/. No purchase is necessary to join the waitlist or to enter the Promotion. Once registered, you will receive a unique personal referral link. You earn rewards by sharing this link with friends ("Referrals") who then join the waitlist using your link and meet the qualifying criteria set out below. 

A Referral will only be counted as valid where: the referred person is a new, unique individual who was not already on the waitlist; the referred person is eligible under Section 2; the referred person confirms their email address (where confirmation is required); and the referral is completed during the Promotion Period. 

5. Rewards and Reward Tiers 

Rewards are earned according to the number of valid Referrals achieved, as displayed on the waitlist page and any associated reward dashboard or email communications ("Reward Tiers"). The specific rewards, the number of Referrals required for each tier, and any redemption conditions are as stated at the point of entry and may be updated by us from time to time. 

Rewards are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any reward with an alternative of equal or greater value where the advertised reward becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative unless we state otherwise. Reward redemption may be conditional on the UK launch and the commencement of product sales (currently anticipated June 2026). Where a reward consists of a discount, credit, or free product, it may be subject to minimum order values, delivery charges, and an expiry date, which will be communicated at the point of issue. 

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct 

This Promotion is intended for genuine, organic sharing between real individuals. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards: creating fake, duplicate, or fraudulent email accounts or waitlist entries; self-referral or referring email addresses you control; using bots, scripts, automated systems, or any technical means to generate Referrals; spamming, including posting referral links in a manner that breaches third-party platform rules or UK anti-spam law (including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations); and any conduct intended to manipulate, abuse, or undermine the integrity of the Promotion. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to investigate suspected breaches, to disqualify any participant, to void any Referral, and to withhold or reclaim any reward where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or the Promotion has been manipulated. 

7. Use of Personal Data 

We will process the personal data you provide (and the data of anyone you refer) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By referring another person, you confirm that you have their consent to share their email address with us for the purpose of this Promotion. Data collected will be used to administer the Promotion, issue rewards, and—where consent is given—send marketing communications about the UK launch and Steak King products. 

8. Verification, Winners, and Reward Fulfilment 

We will verify all qualifying Referrals before issuing any reward. We may contact you using the email address provided to confirm your reward and arrange fulfilment. If you fail to respond to a reward notification within [e.g. 14] days, or if your contact details are invalid, we reserve the right to forfeit the reward. Our decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including the validity of Referrals and the awarding of rewards, is final, and no correspondence will be entered into save as required by the CAP Code. 

9. Delivery and Territorial Restrictions 

Physical rewards (including any steak or food products) will be delivered via DPD on a temperature-controlled, fresh basis. Delivery is available nationwide across mainland Great Britain. Northern Ireland is currently excluded from physical delivery. Where a participant resident in an excluded area qualifies for a physical reward, we reserve the right to offer an alternative reward or to make the reward void in respect of physical delivery. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are subject to the UK launch timetable. 

10. Limitation of Liability 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to the foregoing, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Promotion, the operation of the referral system, technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any inability to claim or use a reward. We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received due to technical faults, network failures, or any cause outside our reasonable control. 

11. General 

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at [URL]. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which referral links may be shared. 

12. Governing Law 

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of [England and Wales / Scotland] and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England and Wales / Scotland].
